We Charge a Flat rate of $4.99 on all Emerald City Reptiles and NW ball Python Gear, to include clothing and gift items.
All Ball Python sales will be shipped FedEx Priority Overnight to the closest Approved FedEX Shipping Hub. Animals must be picked up within 4 hours of arrival for our live guanratee to stay in affect. We Ship Live animals on on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

At Emerald City Reptiles / NW Ball Pythons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind and confidence when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please refer to our detailed return and exchange information to understand the process and your options.
We have a 30 Day return Policy on all Clothing and Gift items, the must be in the original packaging, and unworn.
For Live Animals we Guarantee Live arrival and to be healthy. We give a 72 hour time frame to have your animals health checked by a licensed Veterinarian, we must be notified within the time frame to any issues.
